Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

Cancellation

Projects may be cancelled within 48 hours of signing the agreement for a full refund of any advance paid. Cancellations after work has commenced will be subject to a deduction based on work completed.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable

Completed design deliverables, 3D renders, and approved drawings are non-refundable.
